We do not represent that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing, availability, along with our warranty conditions.

Sales

All sales or services are final, unless stated otherwise. There is a no exchange/refund policy to ensure security. Any exchange/middleman fee is applied to this policy. If there is any issue that may occur you automatically claim liability no matter the situation. We will always provide honest, reliable, knowledgable support to ensure the limitations on issues occur.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products or services from this site only for personal use and not for resale. By placing any order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the rights to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Middleman/Exchange Services

We will not be held responsible for any Middleman transactions of any type where an item or account sold or traded is recalled after the completion of the transaction or during the process of owner transfership. You acknowledge that Veli.dev is not the owner of these items or accounts and only acts as a middleman/exchanger. If an item or account is recalled by a previous owner or is hacked, you acknowledge that Veli.dev is not responsible and will be unable to help recover the items or account.

We will not in any situation ever middleman nor exchange ILLEGAL/FRAUDULENT/STOLEN funds or item(s), nor assist in an exchange or deal that scams or misleads a person.

Warranty Agreement

In the situation you are granted a warranty, this is the settled agreement that you have agreed too. All warranties granted from a "Veli.dev" official of any type of nature are these terms. If the situation occurs of a "former" owner taking back possession of the account, "you" (the buyer) are granted a full refund within 24-48 hours after complete investigation.

We do not claim liability if "you" have lost possession or do not know valid credentials of the email(s) given to you from sale. Nor if the account is "hacked" during your possession from a "non-former" owner of the account. Along with the account status becoming "Inactive" or "Credentials invalid" for any unknown reason not regarding a "former" owner. Under any of these circumstances occuring your warranty becomes void.

Attempting any "method" including plat resetting, region change, exploiting, modding, or any situation related makes your warranty void. As well as violating any terms stated in this disclaimer voids your warranty immediately. "Purchasing/Reselling Fortnite Accounts" is against Epic Games, Inc. TOS which already puts you at risk. You agree we are not liable for any decision made by Epic Games, Inc. Our Warranty simply covers if a "former" owner takes repossession of the account.

Notice that these terms stated here may change at any moment and that the agreement settled upon buying can differentiate.

General Information
